Maverick is an industrial intelligence platform that assembles manufacturer business records from publicly available evidence, allows manufacturers to claim and maintain those records, and enables sourcing professionals to search, evaluate, and connect with manufacturers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to act on behalf of any company or organization you represent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and when responding to the manufacturer claim verification process.

4. Manufacturer Claim Verification

Maverick may assemble preliminary business records for manufacturers from publicly available sources before those manufacturers have created an account. A person may claim a manufacturer record by completing our verification process, which requires confirming a work email address whose domain matches the manufacturer's registered website domain. By completing this process, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company you are claiming.

Maverick reserves the right to deny, revoke, or reassign a claim if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that the claim was made fraudulently or without proper authorization.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when creating an account, claiming a manufacturer record, or communicating with other users
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate another person or company
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including other users' accounts or data
• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Content and Information

Manufacturer-submitted content. Manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit or confirm regarding their business, including capabilities, certifications, and product categories. Maverick does not independently verify all claims made by manufacturers, though some information is cross-referenced against public evidence and registries as described in our Trust page.

Publicly assembled content. Some manufacturer record information is assembled by Maverick from publicly available sources before a manufacturer claims their record. We make reasonable efforts to ensure this information is accurate but do not guarantee its completeness or correctness. Manufacturers may correct this information upon claiming their record.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MAVERICK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURERS OR ASSEMBLED FROM PUBLIC SOURCES IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

Maverick is not a party to, and does not guarantee the outcome of, any business relationship, transaction, or agreement formed between users of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAVERICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM BUSINESS DEALINGS BETWEEN USERS OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.
